ive started to put some laque on some of the works to help preserve them
im toying around with the idea to start adding a touch of shade and extra details
after baking with color & brush
first time i ever colored anything was with the protodrake, ive been tired when i mixed up the color for the wing-webs and it anded up almost pink ?!?!!!!! instead of dark red-brown, its been mostly fixed with coloring
- its a bloody pain to redo the wingwebing, especially after the last baking
the color i bought was abit off, more red then i would have wished but a definite improvment on that bloody pink!
going to buy the other base colors so id be able to mix my own and toy around with some more painting after im done with the baking
although truth be told im quite scared of messing things up, so far i have totally avoided painting the miniatures so i have absulutly no experiance with that sort of think. will probbly take a bit of time getting used to a new tool and learning to use it effectivly
still struggling with fecial features although i think its getting abit better
time will tell
